We’ll help you use digital marketing to minimise the impact of COVID19 and leverage online channels to find opportunities for revenue maintenance (short term) and growth (long term). We help shape their digital strategy to engage/ re-engage customers, sell products online and know which tools are best suited to enable their digital transformation. Our training involves four key areas:

  • Understanding the digital opportunity: Why and how you need to adapt to meet the needs of a growing online customer? How do you get their attention?
  • The competition: Discover what your new competitor set looks like? How do these competitors operate digitally?
  • How to digitise: You understand the opportunity and what your competitors are doing in this space. Now, it is time to identify tools that will set you up for digital success.

It requires prep by our team (looking into your data) followed by the steps above. Total time required would be 2 days followed by a 6 hour workshop with you on above as a whiteboarding session.
